On Tuesday, the port administration confiscated a batch of all-wheel drive vehicles from Turkey.

A source from the port told the observatory that the cargo consisted of nine Turkish-made armored "Toyota Sierra" armored vehicles.

The shipment came from the Turkish port without any documents or a specific point of extradition in Libya, such as the Ministry of Defense or Interior, which means that it is a resource in favor of militia or armed groups unknown unless otherwise proved.

The confiscation occurred a few weeks after the port authorities seized tons of weapons and ammunition from Turkey, sent to parties in Libya. The Attorney General and the Presidential Council promised to launch an investigation.
